Coverdrive Couriers was formed in 1993, initially operating under the name of Overland Couriers. It serviced what was then the Department of Roads & Transport, delivering to individual departments, construction sites and depots in both metropolitan Adelaide and rural areas within South Australia. As government departments continued to out-source their services, Coverdrive began to specialise in a direct courier service to non-government customers.

Coverdrive currently has a fleet of:

• 10 - long wheel base vans, with Roof Racks - maximum length of 6.2 metres
• 3 - tray top utilities, with Roof Racks - maximum length of 6.5 metres
• 2 - tray top utilities, with Tail Lifters - maximum tailgate weight of 450kgs
• 1 - two tonne tray top truck, with 750kg lifter

While Coverdrive's Fleet is progressively increasing to meet ongoing market demands, we additionally have access to a large truck fleet (between 4 to 10 pallets) through an independent contractor (on 24-hour notice). Most vehicles have satellite tracking, and early in 2020 customers will have access to instant proof of delivery.

We at Coverdrive, have a dedicated and professional group of drivers who have had extensive experience providing services within the courier industry. We believe that personal quality service is our most important virtue. Also, it is our position that the direct cost to downtime for businesses, where staff are removed from their productive income earning tasks to handle any surprising urgent deliveries, is where we provide significant added value. Coverdrive Couriers eliminates this inconvenience and works with it's clients to provide a much more satisfactory economical outcome.

As our motto "Service beyond the boundary" implies, we feel excellence in service is what sets us apart from our opposition. While there may be cheaper alternatives, they almost always come with decreased quality of service and timeliness. Coverdrive believes getting it's clients goods promptly and efficiently to the intended destination is the most important facet of our courier service. From the time your call is logged with our office, it is our aim to deliver your goods within a 2.5 hour time-frame to anywhere within the greater metropolitan area.

Coverdrive Couriers also provides a flexible Invoicing facility, be it monthly, or more frequently if required. An itemised account is provided displaying date of delivery, customer, suburb, reference number, con-note number, delivery type and price. We also email out accounts, if this is preferred.
